Sports once again dominated the broadcast charts for the week of Oct. 28, as FOX claimed yet another weekly win over the other networks.
“Sunday Night Football” kept NBC on top of the week’s demo chart, with a 6.7 rating among adults 18-49, while the game placed second in the total viewers chart (22.03 million). FOX’s broadcast of the closing game of this year’s World Series came second in the week’s 18-49 rankings (6.2 rating), but topped “SNF” in total viewers (23.22 million).
In the network standings, FOX placed first in the adults 18-49 demo for the fifth straight week, averaging the same 2.6 rating as it did the week before. FOX topped the total viewers measure as well (9.77 million), while NBC came second in both measures (1.6, 7.14 million).
